A WEEKEND TO FORGET FOR DOVER RIDER JAKE DIXON

Starting in 20th position on the grid, Dixon struggled throughout the Moto2 Austrian Grand Prix race. After contact at the chicane with another rider, which forced him off track before rejoining, he managed to recover seven positions. He finished the race in 20th place. Dixon stated: 'It wasn't a great weekend, unfortunately there aren't many positive things to say. It's been a disaster.' 'I tried to recover and kept going until the end, but I couldn't make much progress.' Dixon, nonetheless, remains in fifth place in the championship standings with 119 points."
