INTERNATIONAL DRUG TRAFFICKING IN DOVER - 350 kg of Hashish SEIZED

On October 24, around 6:00 PM, during routine border checks, British customs police discovered 350 kg of hashish, packaged in blocks and ready for sale in the UK's drug market, hidden inside a van.

The van, with Polish license plates, was initially scanned for hidden compartments, where, after a thorough search with the aid of dogs, the large shipment of drugs was discovered.

The driver, a 42-year-old Polish citizen, was immediately arrested and placed at the disposal of judicial authorities.

The Investigation:
Investigators, initially keeping the information confidential, were able to discover the origin and destination of the seized drugs.

In fact, after thorough investigations, it was discovered that the shipment, loaded in Calais and arriving in Dover around 6:00 PM, departed from Spain and was destined for the Liverpool market.

In order to combat international trafficking to the United Kingdom, the authorities are carrying out in-depth investigations, trying to find as many clues as possible.
